Bradley Smith to resign from FEC

Bad news for free speech. Bradley Smith, a member of the Federal Election Commission, is resigning. Bradley has been a staunch advocate for free speech and has brought to light how some are trying to take our freedoms away under the guise of campaign finance reform and the like.

This truly is a bipartisan issue. Do we really want federal regulation of blogs?
