Reason #1 That the Republicans Will Lose in 2006

Republican Representative Mike Pence of Indiana had this to say to NATIONAL JOURNAL today about the difference between his party and the Democrats:

"We may be the party of Big Government, but they are the party of Really Big Government."

I can actually smell the stench of failure from that quote. Egads!

Republicans deserve to lose if this is their line of thinking going into the November elections.
